The location was quiet and excellent, very close to Benidorm Palace. Private parking was an excellent bonus.- The hotel was within walking distance of a marine animal park.

The friendliness around the pool area, also plenty to do.
My only fault with the hotel was that, the beds were too hard, only one pillow each, and no kettle in the room. I am sorry but I could not have stayed for longer than one night.

The room is neat and airy with a very comfy bed, and the location is great, just a 10-minute walk to an outdoor water park.

Popular hotel with pleasant staff on the reception desk and very good Wi-Fi. Brilliant and handy location to benidorm palace, good restaurants in the local area. Plus, 15 minutes drive from La Cruz de Benidorm. Bright room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet in the room. Not to mention particularly nice view.

I enjoyed my very pleasant stay. The location was convenient and excellent.- I could use private parking on-site.- The staff were really helpful and very competent.- The place was kept immaculately clean.

Very comfortable,great value for money,better than similar hotel nearby costing 3 times more.Perfect location for Benidorm Palace.Secure parking (7 euros a day)

The hotel was well-maintained. The personnel at the reception desk were really helpful.- We enjoyed the inclusive and delicious breakfast with a variety of options like sausages, bacon, beans, tinned goods, and cheeses.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant had great selection of food catering for all ages and tastes.
No tea or coffee availabe for own use in bedroom.
